Our purpose of providing help and inspiring confidence doesn't just apply to our clients and associates – it also applies to our associates. We had the opportunity to welcome our new hires to Block in such a way that stands out for the entirety of their Block careers – and beyond. Thus, we had to ensure our onboarding experience is world-class. To do that, we created an experience that is memorable, inviting and evergreen. Our onboarding experience doesn't end at day 30 – in fact, it continues to build over time, giving employees a home base to return to time and time again for everything they need to succeed.

Kelly

A subtle nod to H&R Block's signature Kelly green, Kelly is all about support and inclusivity. We even envision featuring a non-binary AI-powered chatbot on the intranet to help new employees get to where they need to go.

Square One

It's back to the basics with Square One. This concept is all about satisfying the ask with a refreshed look and feel. Square One would fold into the current new hire ecosystem to make the experience smoother and more modern.
